My passion for helping find wellness inspires me to stay informed and competent in treatment. As a therapist, I am here to provide guidance and help you reconnect with your emotional wisdom by utilizing approaches that meet your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Mindful Meditation.
