Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist who focuses on bringing more vitality and meaning to everyday life. I approach therapy from a lens that is both intellectual and creative, to catalyze intentional change and foster optimal well-being. Working together would include learning about neuroscience, gaining a deep understanding of how things work, and why things work in the brain. We will also bring awareness to life patterns that are getting in the way. If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated, and out of sync, my goal is to help you find your own path back to the spark of life. In regards to education, I completed my doctoral training at the University of Denver, followed by internship and post-doctoral fellowship in Health Psychology. I studied Creative Arts Therapies, with a focus on therapeutic yoga for chronically ill children. I have been certified by IPI for Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and offer Ketamine Therapy in NYC & CO.
I am also certified in Nutritional Psychiatry, which examines how nutrition and diet influence and impact brain chemistry and mood. I incorporate aspects of holistic health to help elevate the experience of being human. Together, we will examine and refine your approach to the art of living...as joy is something we all deserve to feel daily.
