I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, stress, burnout, communication, and parenting. When we meet, we will discuss together what goals we want to work towards in counseling. I like to build upon individual strengths as we tackle your life challenges. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as they hold the belief that all forms of human suffering is a normal part of life. I also take a holistic view in your overall health.

I've spent my life searching. And in that quest I have explored my own struggles in life, battled my demons, and have experienced both the joys and the hardships that life so often delivers. It was my own questioning that led me to become a therapist; I want to dig deeper, I want to know more, and I want to help others on their journey as well. I have fought the battle of addiction and have come to know the freedom of recovery. I also understand the complexities of relationships and how they affect our sense of being connected.
