I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as they hold the belief that all forms of human suffering is a normal part of life. I also take a holistic view in your overall health.
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii and a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Level 1 Professional (CDHWP).
