If you are ready to jump in, I am right here to jump in with you. This may include homework between sessions and other ways to continue toward your goals in and out of the therapy office. I work with individuals experiencing/concerned with: anxiety, grief/loss/bereavement, depression, relationship conflict, self-esteem/self-worth concerns, complex medical conditions, trauma survivorship(childhood/sexual & domestic violence/accidents) cancer, difficulty coping, divorce, infertility, LGBTQ, family planning, intimacy, & parenting concerns.
