I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds with many different concerns, creating each therapy experience most relevant to the client. Much of my work has been with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma as well as grief and loss. My therapy environment is both safe and relaxed. Therapy is a tremendously individual experience and lends itself well to being organic and in the moment. I view my role as asking thought provoking questions and making observations based on listening in a way that, over time, paints a picture of the client's inner and outer life, known and unknown.
I have 15 years of training in depth psychology, specifically relational, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychologies. I incorporate various theories and interventions into the therapeutic process. I have a background in Eastern traditions, transpersonal psychology as well as neuroscience. I have presented at conferences and trained/supervised clinicians.
