I'm a licensed professional counselor and have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents on a multitude of issues. My approach to therapy is diverse but primarily person-centered, so I strive to present an inviting, supportive and collaborative atmosphere. It is within this setting that one can begin to process issues and heal in ways that facilitate positive growth. I also feel that you are your own expert on your life, so I ensure each client is able to explore concerns at their own pace and preference. I am currently seeing clients virtually, as well as seeing clients in my private practice office on a limited basis due to COVID.

Managing life's stressors can be extremely challenging without proper support. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, meeting them where they are at, and assisting them in reaching their desired goals. I am open to unique modalities for sessions including virtual/phone, walk-and-talk therapy, and utilization of emotional support animals.
