I'm an LPC with over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents on a multitude of issues. My approach to therapy is diverse but primarily person-centered, so I strive to present an inviting, supportive and collaborative atmosphere that is unique to the individual. I am a certified trauma therapist and am trained in various trauma approaches. I also utilize a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy strategies.
