I work with corporate professionals who want to build an awesome life for themselves, but find that they're a little stuck! We can figure this out together.
Our group of trauma-informed, licensed therapists have deep knowledge in our area of work. Even high-performing professionals can have relational issues and underlying trauma messaging ("not good enough", "unworthy of love")! Sometimes, the external life does not reflect the inner turmoil. We'll get your career and relationships back on track.
I connect with my clients from a place of curiosity, joy, and warmth. I find so much joy in being able to provide a place free of judgment to process life. My therapeutic approach is compassion-focused, encouraging my clients to learn about themselves with patience, love, and acceptance. Humor is always welcome in session!
