My name is Michel Bordeau and in addition to being a Clinical Social Worker, I am a Functional Nutrition Coach. I approach anxiety and stress management from an integrative and holistic perspective. Dr. Aurélie Weinstein is a Child and Family Therapist. Dr. Weinstein is passionate about helping her clients work through challenging life circumstances which include serious illness, anxiety, traumas, phobias, depression, self-esteem, attachment, and divorce related issues. She applies the best research-based treatments to effectively help her clients. For children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered from trauma, she uses EMDR and Brainspotting and for those with depression and self-esteem issues, she uses DBT treatment. As a Registered Play Therapist, she uses different types of play therapy to help children's challenges.

Julienne holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Southern Connecticut State University, and she obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in New York. Julienne is fluent in Haitian Creole and French. Julienne has 12 years experience working with survivors who struggle with Mental Health issues, Substance Use Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. Julienne's theoretical approach is primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic, and Solution Focus/Brief Therapy.
