I have experience & enjoy working with adults & teens 14 and up, who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, DID, & sexual identity along with major life transitions.
We will talk about negative thoughts and behaviors & learn techniques to alleviate the symptoms you are experiencing. We will work together to achieve self-acceptance. I provide a judgment free zone, with a feeling of safety, comfort, & an open mind.
I often had difficulty expressing my feelings & my father taught me how to never judge, & how to use other forms of self-expression, like art & writing. I am Trilingual (English/Spanish/French). I enjoy practicing self care through painting, traveling, & binge watching TV shows with my husband & fur-babies, Maddy & Cooper.
