My approach to therapy is rooted in a systems approach, meaning that we all interact in diverse and unique ways with the world around us! To aid in this I also draw upon Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment-Based models too. Together we will work together to heal the wounds of the past and face the issues of the present with warmth and acceptance.
