Dr. Weinstein is passionate about helping her clients work through challenging life circumstances which include serious illness, anxiety, traumas, phobias, depression, self-esteem, attachment, and divorce related issues. She applies the best research-based treatments to effectively help her clients. For children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered from trauma, she uses EMDR and Brainspotting and for those with depression and self-esteem issues, she uses DBT treatment. As a Registered Play Therapist, she uses different types of play therapy to help children's challenges.

Julienne has 12 years experience working with survivors who struggle with Mental Health issues, Substance Use Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. Julienne's theoretical approach is primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic, and Solution Focus/Brief Therapy.
