Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a psychotherapist practicing in the city of Decatur. I frequently see clients who feel they need some help with their emotions, or wish to have a better understanding of themselves. My place is to journey alongside you as a companion, offering guidance and perspective to empower you towards healthy choices and lifestyles. I believe everyone has their own strengths, values, and virtues that can be used to help guide the therapeutic process.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone is struggling with something, and no one deserves to struggle alone. I provide skills-based therapy to give adults and adolescents tools you can use to create a life more aligned with how you wish to live. If you feel like you wear your emotions on your sleeve, have been told you are impulsive, or struggle to keep relationships, the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) I offer may be helpful for you.
