Most of my clients are high-functioning women who others rely on. They’re thoughtful, capable, and often the “helper,” but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Many don’t initially identify their experiences as trauma, but struggle with people-pleasing, burnout, or relationship stress. I work with teens and adults navigating life and body transitions, identity, and emotional patterns. Our team provides trauma-informed, mind-body care to help clients feel more regulated, supported, and understood.

I use a somatic, trauma-informed approach integrating EMDR, mindfulness, and insight-based therapy. We focus on understanding your nervous system, patterns, and responses so you can feel more regulated, clear, and in control. This work supports lasting change, not just short-term coping.
