I believe in Holistic therapy that focuses on a person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My approach consists of CBT and EFT with clients as well. I am open to using approaches that benefit the client. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

I provide psychotherapy for adults and teens from all social backgrounds. I integrate a variety of therapeutic methods, based on the needs of the individual client. I believe in focusing on the strengths and resources of the client and working in a collaborative partnership. The therapeutic relationship is most effective when the client feels that they are being treated in a respectful, nonjudgmental, and compassionate manner.
