You know how you sometimes have trouble getting everything done and making needed changes in your life? I help people get things done, make the changes and move ahead to reach their most desired life goals. As a certified coach, I work with people who are involved in transitions like divorce, relocation and job changes, or working on major projects and lifestyle changes. I love helping people move ahead with the juggling act of life in order to live happily and more fulfilled.
For over 25 years I focused on individual and family therapy. Ten years ago I completed my coach training and received my Associate Certified Coach credential. I now offer life coaching as well as psychotherapy.
I enjoy working with people who are trying to start or complete wellness or other life projects, beginning again after divorce, negotiating changes like relocation, or figuring out how to excel in a new job or relationship. I love music, books and film and working with musicians, writers and other artists.
