My practice focuses on using effective scientifically supported treatments that help individuals, couples, adolescents, and children feel better and function better in their everyday lives. I have worked extensively with families and individuals assisting them to navigate through challenging situations including family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addictive behaviors, immigration, and career struggles.
In my practice, I mostly utilize tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am an open minded spiritual person with years of experience counseling with couples, family, and individuals. Extensive international and trans-cultural experience, and special expertise working with military families.
