This is an ongoing group providing support and accountability for healthy food and lifestyle choices. Members keep in touch throughout the week for extended support, creating an enriching space for empowerment in these areas: learn the difference between physical and emotional hunger; learn to use your food cravings to understand your emotional longings; learn how to feel, express, and nurture your emotions effectively; establish healthy personal boundaries and learn to be more assertive; learn effective communication and life coping strategies / skills; experience the power of group support and validation; experience healthy connections and relationships within the safety of the group.
