For over 30 years I have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with an array of stressors and challenges in their lives. I focus on helping my clients produce measurable changes in their lives and paths to success and healing. As a psychotherapist, I specialize in emerging brain-based research, dual diagnosis and clinical approaches into a comprehensive approach to treatment. I specialize in providing a comprehensive approach to treatment by combining psychotherapy with state of the art brain-based therapy to treat Addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, dual diagnosis and trauma.

I specialize in mental health care with adults. This includes anger management, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, relational issues, and job-related stress. Also, I am trauma informed and work with the progressive counting model. I have provided care in all hospitalization and traditional outpatient settings so this means I am comfortable working with individuals with more or less severe symptoms.

My ideal client is ready for change and the process that comes along with it. They may not know their growing edges yet, but they know there is something they would like to change and desire help to get there. My ideal client is motivated, insightful, and open to the therapeutic process. I aim to serve clients who have experienced trauma and are struggling with the lasting effects. I also enjoy working with relational difficulties, identity issues, and overwhelming life changes. Further, I am passionate about serving marginalized communities and offering the support our society often fails to give.
