I am a Coach, Counselor, and Therapist who listens with care and spiritual discernment while walking alongside you—whether individually, as a couple, or as a family. My desire is to help bring healing and restoration to every relationship in your life. Often, emotional and spiritual burdens are passed down through generations, and I am here to help you break free from those patterns. These may include deeply rooted anger, addiction, favoritism, jealousy, anxiety, depression, and more. As freedom comes, you will be better equipped to serve God without the weight that has been holding you back.

If you are struggling with sadness, loneliness, or anxiety, please know that there is hope and help available for your life’s journey. Some clients are not ready to discuss God, while others are seeking answers and deeper understanding of their faith. Wherever you are, your pain is not too great for the power of God’s amazing grace and forgiveness.

I provide Christian counseling and prayer led by the Holy Spirit. My approach integrates biblical principles with narrative therapy, cognitive-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Sessions are available in person, by phone, or through FaceTime.
