It can be incredibly healing to have another hear your story. I have over 15 years experience working with people who are suffering with Trauma/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality D/O, and Addiction; people who seek resolution of their problems, but are unsure about where to turn. Has past trauma derailed your ability to enjoy your life at its fullest? Emotional turmoil can cripple your relationships and wreck your life, making you doubt your own grasp of reality. Maybe you have tried therapy before, but did not feel a connection. I am passionate about providing a chance for hope and real growth.
One technique I use is Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses a combination of eye movements, voluntary image replacement, and other therapies to address intense emotional distress. With ART, a client can expect reduction of negative sensations relatively quickly. I also specialize in working with Addiction, using multiple models.
