Hey, I’m Dominique! Are you struggling with anxiety? Do you feel overcome by fear, a lack of self-trust, and people pleasing? Do you feel misaligned in your life, wanting to be a good parent, partner, and friend but struggling to keep up? Are your relationships missing connection and vulnerability? Do you ever struggle to set boundaries with yourself and others? Well I see you! The struggle is real! I enjoy supporting Black women who believe they are ready to show up unapologetic. Those women who have finally decided they'd rather be honest because shame hasn't manifested a meaningful life. They are present and ready for change!
I am ready to help you create a life of substance! When we finally decide we are ready for change we need less shame and more love. We get there, by learning mindfulness skills, self-compassion techniques, affirming strategies, and rigorous honesty. We have what it takes to solve our problems; sometimes we need support, accountability, care, and strategy.
I know why you have been reluctant up to this point. Change is hard and I get it. Finding motivation is not always easy but it is always worth it. You deserve to heal.
