Hi, I'm Dr. Nancy. I am a Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology Consultant and Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( MH 5918). I specialize in working with athletes, college students, and adults with ADHD and Performance Anxiety. Being an individual with ADHD myself I can understand and relate to those I help with the gifts and struggles that go with being an individual with ADHD. I am also a former competitive athlete as well. Other areas I address are managing stress, coping with chronic health issues, improving fitness, dealing with injury, weight loss, life transitions as well as depression and anxiety disorders.

Kelly was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Ithaca, New York. Kelly is a LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has 20 years of experience. As a psychotherapist, Kelly is holistic, bringing a humanistic and culturally expansive lens to her work. These lenses include cultural humility, recognition that every human being has inherent strengths, compassion, and the exploration of all aspects of one's physical, mental, spiritual, and social health. The foundation of her work rests on the collaborative building of the therapeutic relationship. She developed her psychotherapy approach working in a variety of practice settings.

They are in need of an empathetic and supportive therapist who has lived experience with trials and triumpth throughout a lifespan. They are aware that even if they do not know what is going on, they do know they would like to improve their life.

Katelin obtained her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University. Katelin’s training and experience working in various women’s residential and outpatient mental health treatment facilities has gifted her the ability to work with diverse individuals who are struggling with a wide range of mental health-related concerns. Katelin is especially passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and young adults living with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and relationship difficulties.
