I have 20 years of experience in working with people in all areas of this field, from child protective services, residential work, independent counseling, to insurance. From family to individual issues, I can probably help. All concerns, genders, ideologies, and parts are welcome. Yes, even you.

My specialties are in working with abuse (both victims and offenders), and with couples (including atypical, poly, gay, etc.). I can of course also work with depression and anxiety, but my approach is more based on who YOU are, rather than just using what's in my toolbox.

Generally, my use of therapy is eclectic; I do a lot of listening, educational work, and reframing. You'll often have homework, to take your new knowledge into the field and give it a try. We then adjust, until you accomplish your goal. I am EMDRIA trained in EMDR, my preferred treatment for trauma. I am level 2 trained in Gottman (couples), and currently working on learning hypnosis.
