I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an "eclectic" treatment approach. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself, process difficult emotions and memories, and develop practical coping strategies for managing life's challenges. I offer guidance, support, and encouragement as you navigate your own inner world.
For some, therapy can be a lifelong journey that is focused on healing from past wounds and traumatic experiences. For others, therapy can mean inviting me into your life for a critical period of time when you need to get back to yourself after a difficult transition.
