I work with adolescents to senior adults. As a strengths-based therapist, my approach is to use solution-focused techniques in guiding you to realize the tools and skills you possess to overcome the issues you are facing. My goal for everyone I encounter is to offer hope and healing along your journey of discovering a life of fulfillment and peace.
