Welcome! If you are struggling (relationally, socially or emotionally) and want to know that you are going to be okay, you have come to the right place! My goal is to provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated in your unique life experiences. Through your healing journey, you will have the opportunity to process experiences in an adaptive manner, as well as learn helpful coping skills to enhance your overall emotional well-being. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

My therapeutic approach is to integrate holistic, trauma-informed, and evidenced-based treatments into the counseling process. We will work collaboratively to learn and implement new and adaptive coping skills. I also have specialty training EMDR, Advance Grief Counseling and DBT.
Together, we can work to provide you with more coping skills to ensure you are living the best possible life. Call me today to begin your new life journey towards healing! I am here for you!
