After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Central Florida, she obtained her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. She then furthered her training and became a Registered Play Therapist by the Association of Play Therapy.She has extensive and diverse experience in school, community health, substance abuse, and penal facilities. She is comfortable in individual, family, and group settings. She is especially experienced in the area of child and adolescent trauma.

I received my Master's degree from the University of Maryland system Bowie State University School of Adlerian Psychology with an emphasis in family therapy. Following my family therapy training, I began to work in the domestic violence and trauma areas of mental health and have been working with survivors of trauma for the past 28 years.

Accepting new clients at my office in downtown St. Pete. I specialize in working with people ages 12-35 in talk therapy. I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is an evidence-based eye-movement therapy to people ages 18-99.
