Helping clients build self-esteem, resiliency, and overcome life's obstacles through a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client. My clients are often children, teens and young adults. They're stuck in the comfort of complacency, struggling to reach their full potential. My clients learn to recognize their strengths and take control of their decisions, even when the world around them is unpredictable. Clients learn to break free from their negative patterns and reach their best self.
I use a CBT approach or psychodynamic approach depending on the client. Sometimes, I might even incorporate art therapy or equine-assisted psychotherapy into our work. Anything that will help my client discover new ways of looking at their life situations.
