Welcome to Hope! My name is Melissa and I have 18 years experience with kids, teens and adults. I come pretty darn close to having heard and seen almost everything! We do what works for you and your life. Yes, the recommendation and treatment is evidenced based, but I want you to be successful, not just follow some steps in a guide that "might" work for you. I have extensive knowledge of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, & Behavioral issues. All of the above can be improved.
We improve by learning about ourselves, our brains and bodies and what can impact our wellness. We understand how to make subtle changes working toward progress.
