My goal is to meet each individual where they are, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary therapeutic approach. CBT helps individuals change unhealthy patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving by promoting healthy thoughts that lead to positive outcomes. Therapy is not one size fits all, so we will tailor your specific needs to you.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm here to support you in challenging yourself and meeting your own needs. Together, we'll create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique circumstances.
