We serve adults, children, individuals and families who are facing a variety of mental health issues. My unique approach combines the precision of EMDR, the transformative power of NLP, and a wealth of experience in trauma nursing, first responder coaching, certified trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention. My commitment to guiding individuals toward lasting healing and resilience is demonstrated by a client-centered focus. Specializing in working with first responder families, I acknowledge the unique stressors and dynamics these families face.

My clients meet with me from the comfort of their own home or wherever they may be. I work through video and phone calls only and do not have an office. I bill in 15 minute increments to allow flexibility for my client's needs. I do not require an appointment and will take calls if I'm available with no appointment to allow for short talks as needed, or call you back as soon as I am available. My goal is to make something that may be uncomfortable and inconvenient for some people as comfortable and convenient as possible. There is no waiting 2-3 weeks for an appointment and or wasting time in the first session filling out paperwork.

As a trauma survivor with lived experience, Alvin is dedicated to providing access to care, skills, and resources that empower individuals to live purposefully. While he recognizes that everyone finds their own path, he offers guidance to those who seek it, serving as a supportive beacon in their journey.

Alina is an important part of the team at Fresh Start Life Solutions, a private therapy/wellness practice. Born in Ukraine and raised in South Florida, her diverse background has uniquely shaped her perspective of the struggles individuals and families face. From a very young age, Alina had an intuitive ability, and a true passion, in guiding and supporting those on the path to healing. As a mother of two, her personal experiences have aided in broadening her perspective and appreciation for the day to day struggles parents face. Alina speaks Russian fluently, and can provide therapy sessions in English, as well as English/Russian.

Scarlett Olivares obtained her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo in 2004. Scarlett obtained her graduate degree (with honors) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. Scarlett is a bilingual/bicultural counselor that is experienced in working with families and individuals. She has honed her skills over 13 years working in the community.  Her passion and dedication led her to develop her skills in another critical mental health area, that of addiction and substance abuse.

Hello, my name is Danielle. The first thing I want you to know about myself is as a counselor I am passionate about working with children and adolescents. Because of this passion, my counseling journey has led me to be certified and trained to work specifically with children and adolescents. I have often imagined how difficult it must be for parents to see their children struggling. While working with your child, I will consult the parents and build a relationship that leads to us working together towards your child's mental health.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master’s Level Addiction Professional (MCAP), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) effective treatment for trauma. I have many years of experience providing therapy and support to clients with psychological, emotional, and interpersonal difficulties including clients with substance abuse problems and victims of domestic violence. I have a wide experience working with people who present concerns related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and maladaptive behaviors.

I offer individual therapy, both in-person and online, to help you work through personal challenges and build stronger relationships.
