Hello and welcome. I'm Dr. Anthony Galati, a licensed clinical psychologist with over six years of experience working alongside individuals navigating life’s many complexities. I firmly believe that each of us is faced with our own unique challenges, chapters in the larger story of our lived experiences. While no two journeys are exactly alike, we all know what it means to struggle. I also believe that one of the most powerful things we can do is allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough to share these struggles with someone who truly listens.
I work from an integrative framework, recognizing that while many experiences may overlap, every individual’s lived experience is distinct. My foundation is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which helps us explore how past experiences may shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
From there, I tailor interventions to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and meaningful change. In addition to psychodynamic work, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to tailor sessions to your needs.
