Sometimes we feel sad, lonely, anxious, scared, worried, angry or maybe even unsure exactly how we feel, but something feels off. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Clinical Psychophysiology at the College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences at Saybrook University.
