I focus on careful assessment and helping those in need of clinical services using a variety of evidenced based approaches. In my practice, I use a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, group, and family therapy depending on individual needs. I have much experience working with psychiatric and behavioral problems such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders and so on. Teaching individuals how to manage and cope with symptoms of grief, marital problems, family conflict, divorce, parenting issues, and other relational problems are additional areas of specialty.
I meet with individuals across the lifespan (ages 4+). Most of my clinical work is focused on careful assessment and meeting individual needs using empirically supported treatments for a wide range of presenting problems across the lifespan.
I see patients as part of my outpatient practice or as part of a larger medical practice in which referrals come from individual's primary care physicians. I see children, adolescents, and adults in treatment. Patients can refer themselves or be referred by their physician.
