You may have been stuck many times in your life: in boring jobs, disrespectful bosses, ungrateful friends/family, in sick relationships, in your own lack of confidence, in concerns about your appearance, your intelligence, your body... feeling trapped, desperate, weak, confused. You've got used to it, it becomes routine. You may yearn for happiness and fulfillment, but you don't know how to get rid of that feeling, the guilt, the shame. Or maybe, sometimes you don't even realize that you're stuck at all, you just know that you've lost yourself. You may feel that you are too much, and at the same time, not enough.
I enjoy offering tools to people who are dealing with suffering, conflicts, feeling stuck and learning how to let go. My client and I are a team! We work together to enhance development towards recognizing their own power and potential. I use holistic, scientifically proven and creative techniques to support and generate autonomy and balance into their lives.
The first step is the hardest. Stop. Take a breath. Give yourself a chance. Therapy serves self-awareness. I believe sense of humor and authenticity in a non-judgemental, compassionate environment and considerate of one's' culture can be very healing.
