I've honed my clinical dossier working with a range of presenting issues, incl a) intrapsychic difficulties like anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, b) interpersonal challenges such as parent-child relational issues, couples conflict. Clients who work with me report a level of immediate comfort, fresh insights, breakthroughs from entrenched patterns.
I am also a certified eating disorder specialist with 15 years of experience diagnosing and treating eating disorders. In addition to serving as the CEO of LIFT Wellness Group, I maintain a small private caseload treating a wide range of both general mental health and relationship issues, as well as the full range of eating disorders across the lifespan.
