I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, such as posttraumatic stress disorder, addiction (substance and behavioral), eating disorders, body image issues, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety, as well as difficulties with anger management, relationships, interpersonal communication, recovery and relapse prevention.
In collaboration with you and your strengths, I strive to build hope and develop new skills to help you achieve your emotional, behavioral and relational goals. My innovative, sensitive, and balanced approach to diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy is individually tailored, and integrates psychodynamic, attachment focused, cognitive behavioral, and systemic perspectives.
In addition, I have worked at the Center for Healthy Sex, specializing in treatment for sex/love addiction and sexual dysfunction and at Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, CA, as well as several correctional facilities, and as an evaluator and expert witness in the courts.

This 10-week closed group blends together an empirically validated trauma sensitive yoga model with group processing and psychoeducation to help women heal from the cognitive, emotional, physiological, and interpersonal effects of relational trauma. Ideal for women who have survived childhood abuse or neglect, abusive or addictive relationships, infidelity, addiction or disordered eating.
