Welcome to the first step in your healing journey! I am a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in trauma, addiction, emotional concerns, & phobias. I use a collaborative, empathic, strengths-based approach to my practice. I am trained in EMDR, or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, which assists clients take control over past traumatic memories and reprocess them in a more positive lens.
