Both modalities have been found to be effective in treating PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. Through DBT, I am able to assist my clients in creating a Life Worth Living. Together, we can mindfully tackle the problems that are getting in your way by learning the tools that will help you handle and overcome them.
