About
With my experience as a practitioner, I tend to experience clients who are struggling with relationships, work stress, social life, family issues, addiction, mood disorders and or a desire for internal work. Which are typically, prior to therapy, approached with an, "I can solve this myself attitude." This tends to come to the point where the issues are overwhelming and the discomfort of unhappiness and repeated patterns are just too much to bear. But you find yourself here, ready to do something different, and are ready for positive changes. Please Reach out and let me help you find peace and happiness again.
Through Telehealth my sessions are tailored to increase growth while breaking old patterns and cognitive distortions. My Goal for you is to obtain ultimate happiness and consistency. Sessions typically last between 8 - 16 weeks with revisions along the way depending on your circumstances: CBT, DBT, Reality Therapy, Brief and Strategic, Relational Therapy,
Life can feel unfair at times which can cause us to feel devastated, frustrated, angry, and or sad. Its okay and it's absolutely normal to feel fear of change when reaching out. But, it's healthy and most certainly brave to seek and ask for help. Please let's change together. And remember, " Positive change begins at the end of a comfort zone."
