The Center for Individual and Family Counseling (CIFC) is a community mental health center that provides comprehensive outpatient counseling services to families, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Having worked in the hospitals for many years, we utilize only evidence based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR etc.). Unprocessed traumas can have a debilitating effect on one's life, we are using a state of the art EMDR technique (paired with 'Light Bar') to effectively treat past traumas.
