Sept 2,2023: 8-Session Telehealth DBT Skills Group
Starting Saturday September 2, 2023. $80 per session. DBT group is not a process group nor a support group. DBT skills group is more like a class without the pressure of tests and grades. Skills introduced will include Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Homework will be assigned to help you try out the tools in your life. DBT group is therapeutic but it’s not therapy. I require that clients be attending outside weekly individual therapy while participating in this group.

Starting September 2, 2023. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. E4P Grief Support Group is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
