My therapy approach is for individuals with ages ranging from 5 to 65. I traditionally work with all genders and have a Christian outlook but understand many individuals are spiritual and or non-believers. I enjoy assisting individuals through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution based treatments.. However, I draw from many treatment methods which provides an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my clients. My training includes addictions from Florida Addictions Institute, and educational and career testing such as Myers Briggs Personality Inventory.

My counseling approach is client-centered and goal-oriented. By definition, this allows individuals to experience "growth and fulfillment" by actively participating in his or her own therapy in order to create change. Often, we lose hope at thinking that things could ever be different. We try and struggle and sometimes fail. But, you have an opportunity to think differently, relate differently, and transition from negativity to positive behaviors which will result in a powerful sense of self and promote strong interpersonal relationships.

Also serving those who struggle with Substance Abuse and their journey to sobriety, with the many therapeutic approaches, am excited about serving our families to ensure they become a better version of themselves Prioritizing the needs of our clients, showing empathy, and being present is always top priority for client care, safety and stability.
