In over 20 years of work with individuals and couples, and as a supervisor of other therapists, I have gained experience in working with problems including motivation and attention issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, procrastination, addictions and relationship problems. I have an interactive style which draws on cognitive-behavioral theory (CBT), interpersonal and developmental psychology. My preferred therapeutic model includes person-centered approaches while using evidence-based techniques to promote desired outcomes through one's journey of exploring their personal goals and values. Support is available for adolescents, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, behavior problems, and parenting concerns.
