My therapy approach is for individuals with ages ranging from 13 to 80+ I traditionally work with all genders and have a Christian outlook but understand many individuals are spiritual and or non-believers. I enjoy assisting individuals through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution based treatments. I draw from many treatment methods which provides an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my clients. My training includes addictions from Florida Addictions Institute, and educational and career testing such as Myers Briggs Personality Inventory. I have a general practice in which I work with patients dealing with anxiety, depression, relational issues, mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, adjustment difficulties, wellness, career and problem solving for issues in their daily lives.

I enjoy assisting individuals in their life choices. . Often people are experiencing loss and grief that has occurred in their past. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
