Hello, I'm Katie, an AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) therapist, and owner of Anchored in Hope Counseling Services LLC. Are you Autistic/ADHD or suspect you may be? I have 11-12 years experience in the mental health field (and still love it)! As a therapist with lived experience, I particularly enjoy helping those who identify as ADHD/Autistic and/or face challenges with anxiety/mood disorder learn to accept themselves, manage their emotions, and cope with the challenges of life they face.
I take a person-centered, psychoeducational, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, while also incorporating DBT and CBT. I genuinely love supporting people and helping them reach their full potential.
