My therapeutic approach, developed over 27 years, is for someone who struggles being stuck but is tired of past failures, events, etc., and feels like they really want to fix the problems in their individual life and/or in their relationships. Emotionally Focused Therapy training allows for a deep resolution to individual, couple and family issues. I am one of 8 EFT Therapist/Supervisors in the state of Arizona. I am passionate about helping people resolve the ROOT of their issues not only the symptoms. EFT is incredible at really resolving relationship challenges like affairs, children challenges, and just being disconnected.

Alexis furthered her education at Emory and Henry College of Health Science in Marion, VA where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. She is a recipient of Phi Alpha National Honor Society and Alpha Eta Honor Society. As a NCCPA certified physician assistant, Alexis is looking forward to caring for her patient’s behavioral health needs from pediatrics to geriatrics.

During his undergraduate years Sam worked in the substance use field and with those who suffer with addiction. Sam often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach when working with clients. Sam works with adolescents and adults. Sam brings a unique perspective as he suffered with intense anxiety and depression during his adolescent years. Sam focuses on treating anxiety, depression, problematic behaviors.
