My therapeutic approach, developed over 27 years, is for someone who struggles being stuck but is tired of past failures, events, etc., and feels like they really want to fix the problems in their individual life and/or in their relationships. Emotionally Focused Therapy training allows for a deep resolution to individual, couple and family issues. I am one of 8 EFT Therapist/Supervisors in the state of Arizona. I am passionate about helping people resolve the ROOT of their issues not only the symptoms. EFT is incredible at really resolving relationship challenges like affairs, children challenges, and just being disconnected.
I have special protocols to focus on issues common to "highly sensitive people," and am certified on hsperson.com. As an ICEEFT-certified Emotionally Focused Therapist/Supervisor, I use a therapy with satisfaction outcomes at 75-90% in creating and restoring bonds as well as individual healing.
It's just not ok to suffer alone, or feel like a failure in the most important aspects of life. I'm passionate about being with my clients to go through whatever we need to obtain real healing. EFT as a protocol is a powerful weapon against the woes of life, and helps create security within and between my clients and their significant others.
